RESOLUTION - MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF SONOMA FOR CITY’S CREEKS, PARKS AND PUBLIC LANDS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Water Department that the Council, by resolution, approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the County of Sonoma for creekside trash and vegetation management, and authorize the Chief Financial Officer to encumber funds.
