RESOLUTION - SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT F001697 WITH TURBO DATA SYSTEMS INC.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance Department that the Council, by resolution, approve the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F001697, by adding five (5) years to the term and increasing compensation by $490,000 for associated fees with Turbo Data Systems, Inc., of Santa Ana, California, for citation processing services required for enforcement operations provided by the Parking Division (Parking), for a total not to exceed amount of $1,009,000.
