MOTION - CONTRACT AWARD - ANNUAL SLURRY SEAL 2018
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by motion, award Contract No. C2180, Annual Slurry Seal 2018, in the amount of $381,404.00 to the lowest responsible bidder, Telfer Pavement Technologies, LLC of McClellan, California, approve a 10% contract contingency, and authorize a total contract amount of $419,544.40 effective July 1, 2018. Funding for this project is included in the proposed 2018/19 Capital Improvement Program budget.
