REPORT - AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT F003162, WITH SPRYPOINT SERVICES, INC.
BACKGROUND: Santa Rosa Water and SpryPoint Services, Inc. are implementing upgraded software to support the City’s Backflow and Cross-Connection Control Program. During software configuration and testing, the project team identified additional data-mapping, conversion, testing, and project-management support necessary to complete implementation. The additional work will also extend the anticipated go-live date from August to November 2026. Staff recommends amending the agreement to add the required services and increase compensation by $16,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $112,711.00.
RECOMMENDATION: Santa Rosa Water recommends that the Board of Public Utilities, by motion, approve an amendment to Master Subscription Agreement F003162 with SpryPoint Services, Inc., a Canadian corporation, increasing compensation by $16,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $112,711, and authorize th...
