RESOLUTION - WAIVER OF COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND SOLE SOURCE AWARD - ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION SYSTEM PARTS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance and Water Departments that the Board, by resolution, authorizing a waiver of the competitive process and award of a sole source Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) for ultraviolet disinfection system parts, to D.C. Frost Associates, Inc., Walnut Creek, California, for a one year-term not to exceed $825,000.
