RESOLUTION - APPROVAL OF GRANT OF UTILITY EASEMENT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY OVER A PORTION OF RIGHT OF WAY DESIGNATED FOR FUTURE FARMERS LANE EXTENSION
RECOMMENDATION: The Board of Public Utilities, Santa Rosa Water, the Transportation and Public Works Department, and Real Estate Services recommend that the Council, by resolution, approve the grant of a utility easement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) over approximately 9,352 square feet of City-owned property dedicated as right-of-way for the future Farmers Lane extension and authorize the City Manager or designee to make nonsubstantive changes to and execute the Easement Deed, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney. This item has no impact on current fiscal year budget.
