RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by motion, award Contract Number C02391, Low Impact Development at Municipal Services Center North, in the amount of $567,912 to the lowest responsible bidder, Corcus Construction of San Francisco, California, approve a 10% contract contingency, and authorize a total contract amount of $624,703.20.
