To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Staff will share the rollout of Santa Rosa Water's latest outreach campaign aimed at educating water customers about the value of water, the need to continually invest in our shared water infrastructure, and the role rate setting plays in ensuring a safe and reliable water future. The multi-media campaign highlights the people, the infrastructure, and the environmental stewardship that are necessary to deliver high quality water and sewer service to Santa Rosa. It will also include an overview of the rate setting process and how customers can stay informed. The Board may discuss this item and give direction to staff.
