To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: HOMELESS SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FISCAL YEAR 2022/2023 Staff will provide a study session to review a draft of the Homeless Services Request for Proposals (RFP) for Fiscal Year 2022/2023. The purpose of the RFP is to seek proposals from qualified and experienced organizations to provide homeless services and for operation of the City-owned Samuel L. Jones Hall Homeless Shelter (SJH) for the upcoming Fiscal Year 2022/2023. Organizations must have capacity to implement programs by July 1, 2022. Homeless services programs selected for funding in Fiscal Year 2022/2023, as well as the operator for SJH, will be prioritized on a conditional basis for renewal funding in subsequent years for up to five years total (Fiscal Year 2022/2023 through Fiscal Year 2026/2027). Staff is seeking Council direction on the draft RFP prior to its issuance tentatively scheduled for November 12, 2021.
