To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

POWERS & ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND DECLARATION SERVICES FOR ROSELAND CREEK COMMUNITY PARK BACKGROUND: The Recreation and Parks Department is seeking professional services to complete an environmental analysis and final environmental declaration, which contributes towards a future Master Plan approval. Six proposals were received and David J. Powers and Associates Inc., was recommended based on review from the scoring panel. Environmental review and declaration services costs are $146,960 funded from Zone 2 parkland dedication funds and available in current fiscal year budget. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Recreation and Parks Department that Council, by resolution, approve Professional Services Agreement with David J. Powers & Associates, Inc., of San Jose, CA to provide environmental review and declaration services for Roseland Creek Community Park in the amount of $146,960
