RESOLUTION - MASTER AGREEMENT AND PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS FOR STATE-FUNDED TRANSIT PROJECTS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution: 1) approve a Master Agreement with the California Department of Transportation for the Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program; 2) authorize the Director of Transportation and Public Works or designee to execute the Master Agreement and any Award Agreements, Program Supplement(s), and any other documents necessary to implement the Master Agreement or any specific project(s) under the Master Agreement.
