Title: RESOLUTION - SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT F002544 WITH KIMZIN CREATIVE LLC FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THE CITY’S PUBLIC ART PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning and Economic Development Department that the Council, by resolution, approve the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002544 with Kimzin Creative LLC, to extend arts and equity consulting services for the Public Art Program through December 31, 2024, and increase compensation in the amount of $66,000 for a total amount not to exceed $156,000.
