RESOLUTION - AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF POLICE, OR DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT GRANT FUNDING FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL GRANT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $46,722 AND EXECUTE RELATED DOCUMENTS; AND AUTHORIZE THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER TO ESTABLISH A PROJECT KEY AND APPROPRIATE $46,722 INTO SUCH ACCOUNT
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Police Department that the Council, by resolution, authorize the Chief of Police, or designee, to accept the grant award from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control available annually as part of the Alcohol Policing Partnership in the amount of $46,722 and approve and execute all related award documents required for receiving such funds pursuant to the terms and conditions of the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
