Title: MOTION - CONTRACT AWARD - ANNUAL SLURRY SEAL 2019 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by motion, award Contract No. C02251, Annual Slurry Seal 2019, in the amount of $489,050.00 to the lowest responsive bidder, California Pavement Maintenance Company, Inc., of Sacramento, California, approve a 6% contract contingency, and authorize a total contract amount of $518,393.00, effective July 1, 2019. Funding for this project is included in the proposed 2019/20 Capital Improvement Program Budget.
