MOTION - COOPERATIVE PURCHASE - POLICE DEPARTMENT ESCALATION/DE-ESCALATION TRAINING SIMULATOR
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance and Santa Rosa Police Departments that the Council, by motion, approve the cooperative purchase and award of a purchase order for an escalation/de-escalation training simulator to VirTra Systems of Tempe, Arizona in a not to exceed amount of $192,163.32.
