To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.
Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

OPEN GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE (SUNSHINE ORDINANCE)
In December 2014, the Open Government Task force submitted a report to the City Council with a number of recommendations to improve openness and transparency in Santa Rosa. The recommendations included a recommendation to adopt a “Sunshine Ordinance.” A draft of this ordinance was prepared by the former City Clerk and the City Attorney for the Council to consider.
The Community Engagement Director is currently in the process of obtaining community input regarding the proposed draft ordinance as well as input from several interest groups including former Open Government Task Force members. This is an opportunity for the council to provide comments and any additional direction regarding community outreach.
