To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

BACKGROUND: The project proposes to reclassify a parcel, located at 1225 Fulton Road from PD (Planned Development) Zoning District to the RR (Rural Residential) Zoning District to allow for a permanent child day care facility. On July 22, 2021, the Planning Commission reviewed the project and supported staff’s recommendation.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning and Economic Development Department, the Water Department, and the Planning Commission that Council introduce an ordinance to rezone a property located at 1225 Fulton Rd (Assessor’s Parcel No. 034-460-032) from the PD - Planned Development Zoning District to the RR Rural Residential Zoning District.
