Title: COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS), SONOMA RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICT (SRCD) AND THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA The purpose of the Cooperative Agreement is to provide off-site mitigation for the Laguna de Santa Rosa Bridge Replacement on Highway 12 near Brown Farm (City-owned). Under the Cooperative Agreement, the City will provide access to Brown Farm for the purpose of restoring approximately 1.7 acres of riparian habitat along Gravenstein Creek. The project will be paid for by CALTRANS, the work will be done by SRCD and its subcontractors, and the City will allow the enhancement to occur on its property. The City will also receive $25,000 from CALTRANS to support this effort.
