PUBLIC MEETING - MINOR HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT - 3753 REPTON WAY - PLN26-0349
BACKGROUND: Minor Hillside Development to authorize modifications to the rear yard of an existing single-family residence. Project improvements include hardscape, landscaping, a 3-foot retaining wall, drainage, irrigation, pathway, stairs, and limited grading improvements. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301, Existing Facilities, and 15303, New Construction, Small Structures.

RECOMMENDATION: Planning and Economic Development staff recommends that the Zoning Administrator, by resolution, approve the Minor Hillside Development Permit for rear-yard hardscape, landscaping, retaining wall, drainage, irrigation, pathway, stairs, and limited grading improvements at 3753 Repton Way.
