2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command

Title: SANTA ROSA PLAIN DRAFT GROUNDWATER SUSTAINABILITY PLAN It is recommended by Santa Rosa Water that the City Council hold a study session to received information, ask questions, discuss, and provide comment on the Santa Rosa Plain Groundwater Sustainability Agency’s (SRP GSA) Draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan which is required by State law to be adopted and submitted to the State of California by January 31, 2022 The City of Santa Rosa is a member of the SRP GSA. The SRP GSA Board is scheduled to consider adoption of the Draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan at their meeting in December 2021.
