RESOLUTION - APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE SONOMA COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY CONSORTIUM DATED MARCH 1, 2020
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Police Department that the Council, by resolution, approve the Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement for the Sonoma County Public Safety Consortium dated March 1, 2020 and authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement.
