MOTION - AUTHORIZATION OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT F003045 WITH GRAYBAR ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC. FOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, OEM REPLACEMENT PARTS, TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES, AND RELATED GOODS AND SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: Santa Rosa Water and the Finance Department recommend that the Board of Public Utilities, by motion, approve the Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F003045 with Graybar Electric Company, Inc., Dublin, California, increasing compensation by $216,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $245,906.22, and authorize the Board Chair to execute the Third Amendment.
