To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: MOTION - APPROVAL OF VICE MAYOR MARK STAPP’S ABSENCES FROM REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS BACKGROUND: Vice Mayor Mark Stapp has submitted a notice that he will be absent from the City from September 6, 2024 through September 14, 2024, and will not attend the September 10, 2024 regular City Council meeting.
