ORDINANCE ADOPTION - ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA’S CONTRACT WITH THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND REPEAL OF PRIOR ORDINANCE
RECOMMENDATION: This ordinance, introduced at the April 18, 2017, Regular Meeting by unanimous vote, amends the City of Santa Rosa’s contract with the California Public Employees’ Retirement System and repeals the prior Ordinance No. 4071.
