RESOLUTION - CONTRACT EXTENSION - LEAGUE SPORTS OFFICIALS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance Department that the Council, by resolution, approve the First Amendment to General Services Agreement (GSA) #F001321 with Northern Coast Officials Association, Inc., Santa Rosa, California to extend the contract for an additional one-year term, and add funding in the amount of $55,630 for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $111,796.
