RESOLUTION - AMENDING COUNCIL POLICY 000-42 - PUBLIC ART POLICY TO TRANSFER AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE POLICY
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning & Economic Development Department that the Council, by resolution, amend Council Policy 000-42 “Public Art Policy,” transferring authority and responsibilities under the policy from Director of Recreation and Parks to the City Manager or his/her designee.
