To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.
Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING - ADOPTION OF THE REVISED ANIMAL SERVICES FEES
BACKGROUND: Sonoma County Animal Services (SCAS) is proposing several additional fee increases to help recover some of the costs of services delivered to residents in the jurisdictions served. This item was continued from the August 11, 2015, Regular Meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: Sonoma County Animal Services is requesting the Council adopt revised animal services fees and approve a time-limited amnesty for dog license fees and penalties. Whether to adopt by resolution the proposed animal services fees and approve a time-limited amnesty for dog license fees and penalties is a matter of Council policy.
