Title: MOTION - CONTRACT AWARD - LAGUNA TREATMENT PLANT ANNEX BOILER 1 AND 2 REPLACEMENTS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 2330 RECOMMENDATION: Santa Rosa Water and the Transportation and Public Works Department recommend that the Board of Public Utilities, by motion, award Contract No. C02330, the Laguna Treatment Plant Annex Boiler 1 and 2 Replacements Project (Project), to the lowest responsible bidder, Bay City Mechanical of Richmond, California, in the amount of $1,237,795.03; approve the Project; approve a 15% contract contingency in the amount of $185,669.25; and authorize a total contract amount of $1,423,464.28.
