RESOLUTION - APPROVAL OF MASTER AGREEMENT, ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works (TPW) Department that Council, by resolution authorize the Mayor to execute the Master Agreement with the California Department of Transportation in order to obtain federal-aid funds for construction of eligible transportation projects and further authorizes the TPW Director to execute Program Supplement Agreements for specific projects which is estimated to be two to three projects per year including the One Bay Area Grant 2 (OBAG2) projects.
