RESOLUTION - APPROVAL OF SIXTH AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR CITYWIDE SECURITY GUARD
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance Department that the Council, by resolution, approve the Sixth Amendment to General Service Agreement Number F001847A with Universal Protection Service, LP dba Allied Universal Security Services, Irvine, California to add additional parking garage security in the amount of $430,002.22, for a total contract not to exceed $3,712,452.13.
