RESOLUTION - FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT - SAFETY (POLICE AND FIRE) EMPLOYEES FOR WELLNESS SERVICES WITH WELLNESS SOLUTIONS, INC.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Human Resources Department that the Council, by resolution, approve the First Amendment to the Professional Service Agreement for Safety Employees (Police and Fire) with W. Solutions, Inc. for an additional amount not to exceed $150,000 for wellness services. Council approved funding for the 2016/2017 budget. The total cumulative amount of this agreement should not exceed $300,000.
