RESOLUTION - ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 SENATE BILL 1 TRANSPORTATION FUNDING FISCAL YEAR 2022/2023 PROJECT LIST
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, authorize the submittal of the Highway 101 Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing project to the California Transportation Commission in order to receive Fiscal Year 2022/2023 apportionment of Senate Bill 1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account in the amount of $3,914,094.
