To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command

Title: PRESENTATION - INCREASED SPANISH ACCESSIBILITY AT CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS The Communications and Intergovernmental Relations Department and the City’s IT Media Services have collaborated to create videos to provide additional information relating to the City’s efforts to increase access to City Council meetings. These videos were specifically created in English and Spanish to raise awareness of those for whom the translation services are provided. Due to technical issues at the April 4, 2024, meeting, the video portions of this item were not shown. The Communications and Intergovernmental Relations Department is returning to this item so that the video presentations can be provided for the Open Government Task Force Subcommittee members. No action will be taken, except possible direction to City staff.
