ORDINANCE ADOPTION SECOND READING - ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE SANTA ROSA MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 6-20 ENTITLED “REGULATION OF RETAIL TOBACCO SALES”
RECOMMENDATION: This ordinance, introduced at the July 23, 2024, Regular Meeting by a 6-0-0-1 vote (Alvarez recused), adds Chapter 6-20 to the Santa Rosa City Code titled “Regulation of Retail Tobacco Sales.”
