PUBLIC HEARING - LANDMARK ALTERATION FOR EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 410 SANTA ROSA AVENUE, FILE NO. LMA24-008
BACKGROUND: The project proposes modifications to all exterior building façades, including new windows and doors, new siding, and other architectural modifications. The changes will facilitate the conversion of commercial space at the lower level of the structure to residential. The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
