RESOLUTION - RECOLOGY SONOMA MARIN AGREEMENT WITH REPUBLIC SERVICES OF SONOMA COUNTY AND THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA TO BE BOUND BY CITY’S WASTE DELIVERY COMMITMENT
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the City Manager’s Office that the Council, by resolution, approve the “Franchised Hauler’s Agreement to be Bound by City’s Waste Delivery Commitment” between Recology Sonoma Marin, Republic Services of Sonoma County, and the City of Santa Rosa for the delivery by Recology of all Committed City Waste to County Facilities.
