ORDINANCE ADOPTION - ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AMENDING SECTION 15-16.030 (F) OF THE SANTA ROSA CITY CODE REGARDING SEWER DEMAND FEES
RECOMMENDATION: This ordinance, introduced at the January 6, 2015, Regular Meeting by a unanimous vote, amends Title 15 (Sewers), Section 15-16.030 (F) to correct a clerical error in the ending date for which persons paying sewer demand fees may request an administrative adjustment from the sewer demand fees established in 2007 to the newly adopted lower sewer demand fees.
