RESOLUTION - ADMINISTRATIVE COST RECOVERY LIEN AGAINST THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 501 EARLE STREET
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Planning and Economic Development that the Council, by resolution, approve the administrative cost recovery lien in the amount of $3,892.00 against the property located at 501 Earle Street for violations of the City Code that remain uncorrected by the responsible parties, Barry Marsh, and authorize recording of a lien and placing the assessment on the property tax roll for collection.
