RESOLUTION - AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY STAFF TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS AND EXECUTE OTHER DOCUMENTS WITH CALIFORNIA HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (HCD) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) MITIGATION (MIT) PLANNING AND PUBLIC SERVICES PROJECTS DEVELOPED IN RESPONSE TO THE 2017 TUBBS FIRE
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance Department that the Council, by resolution, authorize the City Manager or Assistant City Manager in connection with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Mitigation (MIT) Planning and Public Services (PPS) projects developed in response to the 2017 Tubbs Fire, to enter into, execute and/or deliver the following: 1) the Standard Agreement and any and all subsequent amendments thereto with the State of California for the Grant; 2) all project applications and any and all related documentation related to the Agreement and to act on the City's behalf in all matters pertaining to all such applications and documentation; 3) all Notice(s) to Proceed,...
