BACKGROUND: On July 26, 2018, the Planning Commission approved a Major Conditional Use Permit for commercial Cannabis Medicinal and Adult Use Volatile Manufacturing (Level 2 - Type 7) and Distributions uses, proposed within 3,869-square-feet of an existing 4,874-square-foot industrial building on a 2.09-acre site located at 444 Yolanda Ave, Suite B.
