To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - SANTA ROSA JUNIOR COLLEGE PILOT PROGRAM TO PROVIDE AN UNLIMITED ACCESS PASS TO STUDENTS FOR THE FALL 2017 SEMESTER BACKGROUND: The Santa Rosa Junior College approached the City of Santa Rosa with a PILOT program to provide Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) students with an unlimited number of transit rides for the remainder of the fall 2017 semester and the SRJC would pay a minimum $50,000 to the City of Santa Rosa. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, authorize a “PILOT” program where CityBus allows all Santa Rosa Junior College students to board CityBus an unlimited number of times for the fall 2017 semester which cost will be offset by a minimum of $50,000 from Santa Rosa Junior College.
