RESOLUTION - THIRD AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH KNORR SYSTEMS, INC. FOR A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION FOR CARBON DIOXIDE AND CHLORINE TANK FILL SERVICES AT CITY POOLS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Recreation division of the Community Development and Engagement Department and the Finance Department that the Council, by resolution, approve a Third Amendment to the General Services Agreement Number F001674 with Knorr Systems, Inc., Santa Ana, California, for a one year extension and to increase compensation by $40,000 for a total amount not to exceed $113,000.
