To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: MOBILE SUPPORT TEAM (MST) The purpose of the Mobile Support Team (MST) is to respond with law enforcement to situations involving individuals with behavioral problems stemming from drugs, alcohol, mental illness, or other factors.  MST will assist individuals having behavioral incidents and help them receive the aid they need.  MST is made up of licensed mental health clinicians (i.e., MFT, LCSW) and certified substance use disorders counselors.  Members of MST are authorized to place individuals on a psychiatric 72-hour hold under California Welfare and Institutions Code 5150.  MST can provide assessment, case management, referrals, and follow-up to individuals presenting mental health or substance use issues.
