On December 31, 2019, the Council's representative on the Marin/Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees expired. Art Deicke is the incumbent and has expressed interest in being reappointed. In order for Mr. Deicke to continue to serve as a voting member on the Board of Trustees, the Council needs to reappoint him as their representative. The Council may make a motion and vote to reappoint Mr. Deicke to serve as the Santa Rosa representative to the Board of Trustees for a term of two (2) or four (4) years at the discretion of the appointing authority.
