RESOLUTION - CONTRACT AWARD - COURTHOUSE SQUARE BOLLARDS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, award Design-Build Contract No. C02312, Courthouse Square Bollards, in the amount of $304,450.00 to M3 Integrated Services, Inc., of Santa Rosa, California, approve a 20% contract contingency, and authorize a total contract amount of $365,340.00.
