RESOLUTION AND ORDINANCE INTRODUCTION - APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CITY ATTORNEY AND ESTABLISHMENT OF COMPENSATION
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Council, by resolution, appoint Molly Dillon to the position of Interim City Attorney. It is also recommended that the Council introduce an ordinance establishing the salary of the Interim City Attorney in the amount of $14,944.25 per month.
