To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - COURTHOUSE SQUARE REUNIFICATION PROJECT UPDATE, EXPENDITURE REPORT, CONTINGENCY ACTION, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/INSPECTION ACTION AND BUDGET APPROPRIATION BACKGROUND: This item will update the Council on the progress of the Courthouse Square Reunification project and provide information regarding expenditures for construction, construction management/inspection, and contingency. Extra work associated with upgrade of the electrical facilities and increased power supply to the Square are expected to result in contract completion in March 2017. Staff is working with the contractor to complete construction of the project as soon as weather and scheduling allows during these winter months. The extended duration of construction will result in increased construction management and inspection costs.
