CANNABIS RETAIL OVERCONCENTRATION.
BACKGROUND: Section 20-46.080 of the City’s Comprehensive Cannabis Ordinance prohibits the overconcentration of cannabis retail uses, defined as having more than one within a 600-foot radius of each other, as measured from the parcel boundary. Staff is seeking direction on whether or not the City should seek amendment of this policy.
