AB 481 - MILITARY EQUIPMENT
Assembly Bill (AB) 481 requires each law enforcement agency’s governing body to adopt a written military use policy by ordinance. Police Department staff will provide an overview of AB 481 and steps taken so far to create a department policy and ordinance for a future public hearing at City Council. Staff is seeking feedback from the subcommittee.
