MOTION - COOPER DRIVE SLOPE STABILIZATION AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - CONTINGENCY ACTION
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by motion, approve the additional construction contingency in the amount of $120,000 for the Cooper Drive Slope Stabilization and Drainage Improvement Project, increasing the contract amount to a total of $744,645.50, to address a new slope failure within the construction zone that occurred this winter.
